We Have A Responsibility Towards Nature

Bay İnşaat, which carries out environmentally friendly and energy saving projects afforests an area that is five times bigger than the total meter square of each residence it builds via TEMA Foundation and through My Forest Project.So far, Bay İnşaat contributed to the afforestation of Tekirdağ with 8.900 saplings and of İzmir Beydağ with 22.800 saplings. Bay İnşaat continues its effort to afforest for a greener Turkey by having contributed to the afforestation of a 230 thousand meter square area in total.

Artful Living, which became Turkey’s most effective art platforms, supports art and artists on international platform. Thus, it becomes an important field both in our country and in the world for modern art to meet up and develop itself.

Support for LÖSEV with ‘Faces’ Exhibition

The ‘FACES’ Exhibition which was organized for Instyle’s 100th edition was held on an amazing night at 42 MaslakArt!SPACE(Sales Office). Donating all its proceeds to LOSEV, the exhibition is open to public until 1 September.

Turkey’s 50 leading names that are interested in the art of photography have photographed the ‘Faces’ around them from different perspectives for the 100th edition of InStyle Turkey, the style magazine within NIKKEI-MDG. These special photographs that were taken by famous names were presented to art lovers at the ‘FACES’ exhibition themed ’50 Photographers, 50 Faces’.

Many well-known people from the business, art and media world attended the exhibition which was held at 42 Maslak ART!SPACE together with the support of Bay İnşaat’s portal Artfulliving.com.tr and washosted by Erol-Ceylin Özmandıracı, Şafak-Stella Levi andZeynep Salman. InStyle Turkey’s Chief Editor İçimGömüç who spoke at the opening of this special exhibition which was held to celebrate InStyle Turkey’s 100th edition and whose proceeds are donated to LÖSEV said; ‘It is an honor for me and the NIKKEI-MDG team to celebrate the 100th edition of InStyle Turkey which said ‘Hello’ to the media only in 2006. We would like to thank all those who have worked to actualize such a special exhibition. Abled Lives in Traffic

Bay İnşaat supported the children’s play, Naughty Cat in Traffic’, prepared within ‘Abled Lives in Traffic’ project which is carried out by Turkish Center for Culture, Art and Education for the Abled (TEKSEM).

The play, which is prepared within ‘Abled Lives in Traffic’ project and to attract attention to the mistakes made during traffic accidents and first aid, has been put on in 5 cities and 50 villages in İstanbul, Çanakkale, Aydın, Antalya and Van since 11th of December 2013.

TEKSEM project was carried out in order to raise awareness about the social life of the disabled and create funding for education and the team is composed of people who are visually and orthopedically impaired and volunteers. TEKSEM, which aims to increase the education level of the disabled awards scholarship to 121 disabled children every year.

European Art Awards

Sovereign Art Foundation – European Art Award Exhibition which is of great importance to the art platform met art lovers at Hasköy Worst Factory under Bay İnşaat – 42 Maslak’s sponsorship and in cooperation with Open Door Social Responsibility Association.

Tim Marlow, Marc –Olivier Wahler, Philly Adams, Başak Şenova and Ali Akay who form the jury deemed 30 pieces of artwork worthy of exhibiting. On the other hand, the exhibition that brought 30 pieces of artwork together with art lovers has another mission, which is to bring young artists together with important international curators and art institutions and therefore the 30 pieces of artwork were put up on sale at an auction organized at the special gala dinner on the 29th of November.

The total proceeds of the invitations sold for the Gala dinner and 50% of the proceeds acquired from the night shall be used for the rehabilitation of physically and socially disadvantaged children within Open Door Association’s ‘Protective Mental Health’ project.

Stars of İstanbul

Bay İnşaat, which will be represented by ‘The Star of Peace’, designed by artist GürbüzDoğan for 42 Maslak, contributes to the education of a 100 children in need with one of its most valuable social responsibility projects the ‘STARS OF ISTANBUL’.

‘STARS OF ISTANBUL’, the biggest step of ‘may children’s future shine’ movement, which was organized by UNICEF in cooperation with Turkey and as a pioneer for United Nations and UNICEF’s mission to ‘Take Basic Education to All Children’ by 2015 was launched on the 8th of September 2011.

Bay İnşaat 42 Maslak, will continue to support social responsibility projects about art, which started in 2011 by developing new projects, signing up for new social responsibilities and supporting projects it believes in.

‘Business men and Business women of the year’ 12 Award Ceremonies

22nd of the Business men and Business women of the year Award Ceremony, which is organized every year by the Economist was held on the 15th of March 2013 at Renaissance Bosporus in cooperation with Bay İnşaat 42 Maslak.

The ceremony, which hosted well-known people from the business and economy world, media directors and special guests, received great attention.

New Year’s Party with ‘Young Presidents Organization’

Bay İnşaat met with Young Presidents Organization – YPO, which has 20 thousand members in more than 120 countries and is composed of senior managers of companies with total annual revenue of 6 trillion dollars.

Bay İnşaat’s Executive Board Member Erol Özmandıracı who sponsored YPO’s traditional dinner indicated that increase of investment by companies, which employ 15 million people and are YPO member would contribute to the economy.

Classic Automobile Republic Rally

Bay İnşaat – 42 Maslak gave the start signal to the Classic Automobile Republic Rally. It hosted this special event, which combines the past and the future. Bay İnşaat – 42 Maslak project, which prepares to change the balance of Maslak, the new face of Istanbul, was the starting point of the Classic Automobile Republic Rally which is organized for Turkish Republic’s 89th anniversary. Classic Automobile Republic Rally with its unique discipline started off at Bay İnşaat – 42 Maslak and reached Edirne after passing through Saray, Kıyıköy and Kırklareli. Classics, which visited one of the cultural heritages, Selimiye Mosque the same day, ended the rally in Nuruosmaniye following the Babaeski, Lüleburgaz, Çatalca itinerary. Can Ergeneve, Yonca Ergene attended the Classic Automobile Republic Rally with 1968 F Mercedes Benz, Dilek Altınay and Lara Altınay with 1965 F Ford Mustang, Kerim Yardımcı and Deniz Yardımcı with 1968 F Mercedes Pagoda, Serdar Yanaşan and Esen Yanaşan with 1970 G Ford Galaxie 500. Racers had breakfast at Bay İnşaat – 42 Maslak Sales Office before the race. 38 classic automobiles started the race right after a press meeting and race briefing following breakfast.
